Though, they do not have a guide on how are they going to rate the discussion or even the teachers. But for sure they are properly paying proper and cautious attention.
If they are accomplished with the visits then they can now manage to make short statements. Though this one cannot be done alone because it needs the cooperation of some teachers. Aside from that this step has also its sub steps that must also be properly followed so that they can make the right judgment and conclusions.
The last thing that they can do is to prepare for the next rounds. Though they will not easily indulge right away because they must deliberate on the things that they should do on the next visit. Moreover, they will not do it in an instant because the process might take longer time.
However, there are some educators that have pros and cons comments about this one. Even though with that there are still institutions and firms that practiced this because they found it helpful. In addition, there are still many people that believe that this process can help them a lot either in teaching or learning.
Moreover, there emerge many kinds and learning that might be efficient to the school that they should consider. The important thing that matters most is that the students should learned and be educated. Institutions must carefully pick the right method for their teaching.
